You might have been battling with failures for a long time, but this is more simple ways you can overcome failures.

WORK SMART

Working smart is another means of overcoming failure. I am curious towards the reason why numbers of hard working people do not succeed as expected. I glimpsed that hard working do not give all that is needed; then what can give all? Smart working can give you all you need to succeed immediately. Success and greatness doesn’t come without any support. You must work, you must act and react. You must showcase yourself to success that you are the person that is in need of it. You cannot remain in your house and expect the good things of life to happen to you. Lazy people doesn’t succeed. Folding your arms when others are planting or sowing will make you go hungry during harvest.

Take a look at all your daily work, are those activities moving you forward, keeping you stagnant or really taking you backward? That is the mathematical solution to smart working. You have heard that faith without work is meaningless or death. No matter how much you believed and trusted success as a magical factor, it (success) will let you know that it accepts those that are prepared and ready for it. I often tell my friends that nobody is created to be poor on earth but many renders themselves to poverty. Reduce hard working and start smart working.

Am I moving forward, stagnant or really backward? Many are senseless that they don’t think again. You don’t know if you are moving forward or not. If you are success mindful you must be calculative. You are not successful when you are not moving forward; do not be stagnant but move. Backwards is death in completion. You should not go back just calculate and know the solutions to all those answers you are going to get from those questions.

Do you still doubt if hardworking doesn’t give all? Now, why do people stress, struggle and hustle yet they cannot bubble or achieve anything. Life on itself is smart and you must be smart too in order to cope with its requirements.

On my own perspective of working smart system, I divulged how bad it will not be if men who needs success and greatness can work through this system or different kind of opinion on smart working.

S- Selective

M- Management

A - Acclaiming

R- Ruminative

T- Tenacious.

SELECTIVE:  in smart working you must be able to select that which you need. Select you area of concentration. You must be able to know that which your choice in assurance. In a junction of many goodies, you must be able to select your best. Don’t take everything or allow another person to select for you because it may not be your match or fit. You much be much ready to determine to do what you want without caring what is happening around you. Be self willed. Open doors have its own means of coming to you; it is through your choice, through your ability to do anything.  Be selective if you want to overcome failure of any type in your life.

MANAGEMENT: before your selection will be made, you might have known how to manage or control. God cannot give you what you prayed for, but what you can manage. God will not give resources where there is no management. If you mismanage God’s resources, he will give it to your enemies because they can manage it better than you. God will restrict growth where there is no management. God will only give you what you can manage. Whenever you mismanage, you will lose. The purpose for man’s creation is management. Management preserves success. Management simplifies life. Mismanagement produces lack. In Genesis 2, God did not let it to rain because there is no manager. God refuse to let anything grow not because they don’t want growth, but there was no manager. The best subject that one supposes to study is not theology or whatever, it is management. When Jesus wanted to choose his followers he went into the world of business companies who can manage well such as peter James and john and these three were professional fisher men.

A student must have to choose a course he can manage well without failing. Learn to be an expert in your field. Be an expert of your career. Manage it well. Handle it with care. If you want to overcome failure, you must know to manage your field well. Manage that which you have selected well. Management occurred in the scripture when Romans 12:6-8 says “in his grace, God has given different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift of showing kindness to others, do it gladly.” Effective management includes supervision and affirmation. Effective manager recognizes his limitations. Good managers plan ahead and set goals to avoid losing focus. A perfect manager is time conscious. Time management is important due to the brevity of our lives. Our earthly sojourn is significantly shorter than we are inclined to think. Be a good manager and be a smart success worker.

ACCLAIMING: This is another way of working smart in success. You must be enough to showcase or expose your selection publicly. You must see it as your masterpiece. You must approve it and praise it. When you select what you can manage (your field) you can possibly acclaim it. Don’t be afraid to accept it, announce it and tell people of your achievement through your goal and then more zeal will embrace you to love what you are doing for a living. Embrace the place where you are.

RUMINATIVE: being ruminative towards your goal or career will help you overcome failure. It will cause your failure to be a past story and your success a present story. Try your best to put you mind on it, think deeply about it, give it a new ideas and handle it carefully. You must be passive towards your goal in life, be thoughtful in them always, and let it be your mindset always. Be abstract. Don’t mind what’s happening in other people field, then you will never see failure’s visitation.

TENACIOUS: hold onto your selection, hold onto your management, and continue despite the difficulties, oppositions or discouragement. Be certain, dedicated, bullheaded and single towards your goal. Don’t stop on the way keep going. Be determined to hold it faithfully. Make it your present and future goal. Let it be your all and all. Let it have an influence in you longer than you might have expected it to last. Allow it to stay, persist in it. Your dreams, goals are too important hold it tight and wait for your progressive and successful life.

With this smart solution your success life will be guaranteed without stress or struggle. Success is simple than any simplest principle on earth. Don’t fear there are simple laws designed to guarantee your success and it will only cost you nothing more than obedient.

BE INVENTIVE

Having creativity ability will upgrade you in the realm of success and greatness. Do you know that the world is hotly in need of creativity of about 70% more? 30% has been created but the remaining has not been discovered by men. Why don’t you research for what the world will need coming year? Even the unborn children will produce 50% to the world’s beneficial. Think about what you can produce even if you can start it in a little way, with time it will expand. Create them with your own ideas and not photocopying. If you are unable to produce anything at age of 20-30, you will hardly find a comfortable zone to success. You will struggle and fight with success. And you will become invalid if you don’t have creativity result at that age. If you can think and reason well, you will discover that inventiveness ability is the reason of human survival in today’s world wide. The houses we live, the cars, roads, flights and foods were all invented by creativity ability. In the absence of electricity bulb, we could have been in darkness. In the absence of computers, we could have been in the worst state of poverty. Creativity is life; what do you imagine life to be without creativity? This is why I challenge every youth to leave their homes and find what they will learn to create. It is better than being employed in the best company in the world. Can you believe with me that the names of inventors are always in records or being known more than workers or office holders? How do you think without having the ability to create?

Look, the world is changing to the worst of those that are not creative better go for research. Men and women, young and old are in research every day and night to know what next the world need that they can create. Able men will look for you due to your ability to give solutions not for the kind of office you occupied. The year 2030 will tell us where we are going. You may be surprised on the kind of world you will see, better think. Having creativity ability is having success ability. Success and greatness cant happen to you the way it happened to your friend; don’t wait to be employed because your friend has been employed. Your own may happen through your creativity. Create positive impact into people’s life; it is part of the show. Business gurus like Henry ford, R.H. Marcy. F.W Woolworth, Soichiro Honda etc. Inventors such as Thomas Edison, Orville and Wilbur Wright are some of the men who invested themselves in creating and invention and they are reputable men world wide. Today it can be your own turn. The best way to predict your future is to create it.

MAKE EVERY TIME USEFUL

Time management is necessary in this field of life. Grab every opportunity that comes across you, because that may your time to succeed. Let no time be wasted for any reason. If you waste time you will miss and omit. When you miss time, you will miss chance, and when you miss chance, you will miss opportunities and when you miss opportunities. If you miss success you will not miss failure because time and chance happens to them all. Everything has its own time in life.

For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven; time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. A time to kill and a time to heal. A time to tear down and a time to build up. A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance. A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones.  A time embrace and a time to turn away. A time to search and a time to quite searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away. A time to tear and a time to mend. A time to quit and a time to speak. A time to love and a time to hate. A time for war and time for peace (Ecclesiastics 3:1-8).

I know you waited and wasted time to get employed into one company and the other.

I have searched for employment for over six months not knowing that I am a company of treasures in me. If I did employ myself by then I could have been more than the person I am presently. I went to my mentors in search of jobs yet, none is seen. What then did I learn? I started keeping myself busy indoor because I am tired of walking around from street to street. I told my friends who were asking me if I have gotten the job that its time for me to employ others not others employing me anymore. 

 Well, thank God all these wasted time has past unknowingly to you but now is the time to pick up on those wasted time. Add more strength to what you do before to regain what you have lost. Leave nothing to chance because there is no chance in the whole world.

 Be well noticed that failure is a friend of every body who want to grow. the fact is this; fail forward anytime you are failing, and don't fail backward. And make sure to overcome failure without stress.
