My
people perish because of lack on knowledge. (Hosea 4:6)
If you continue to do
what is right, the wrong things and wrong person will eventually leave your
life. When you are not aware of what you need to do in life then, how can you
achieve success? You are really bound to fail. Every one wants to achieve great
height in his or her life and wants to become famous and rich. There is no such
person who doesn't want to be successful in life, but achieving success is not
an easy task and it requires a lot of dedication and hard work and most importantly
the determination to achieve it. Severally when people fails, the first
question they ask themselves is “what have I done wrong”
There are many things that
make a successful person different from the failed ones which include the way
of thinking, ways of handling different situations, his relationship with God, life style that the person
follows and many more factors that contribute in deciding if that person will
achieve success or failure in life. There are thousands of reasons why people
fail because every one gives according to his or her inspiration and experiences
in life. Therefore, with the help of this few articles, you will know more
about the avoidable and apply able, so as to achieve great success in life.
OVER
LOOKING THE SUPERNATURAL
And
thou shalt remember the lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to
make wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy
fathers, as it is this days. (Deuteronomy 8:18).
Trust
the lord with all your heart, and lean not in your own understanding; in all
thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. (Proverb3:6)
Men have so much
interest in the natural laws, scientific laws, and economical laws being
ignorance of the law of supernatural or the chief law. We trust most in the
limited law of nature but the supernatural has an expanded access to success.
It doesn’t matter has
been the topic of God’s factor in the race of success pursuers today. Many
perfect writers can tell us how to embrace success and forget about this factor
“GOD” which is the owner of everything in this life. The lord has established
his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules overall. (Psalm 103:19). He is the
over all in this field of success, he is an expert and there is no expert here
on earth neither is there going to be. For it is of the lord who showeth mercy,
not of him that runneth or to him that willeth. Let our attention be dawned
close to him because he is the overall.
Notably, God is the
only one who can easily guarantee your success. Remember by strength no man
shall prevail. The possibility of your success is half when you trust only on
yourself. You can’t succeed only because you are much careful or your smart and
hard working, but only when God said success.
Life does not just occur
and begin to control itself, but it is God who created and controls our lives.
He is also the source of every successful life. Those who thought that God has
no access to their success are wandering here and there yet no solution. God is not a man that he should lie;
neither the son of man that he should repent: hath he saith, and shall he not
do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers23:19).
All things that God
said is true and he will always had them done. No wonder the psalmist said that
the earth is of the lord and the fullness thereof; the world and they that
dwell there in. (psalm 24:1).
What do you think that
God didn’t have? He created the earth before you; he knows where he has hidden
the treasures of the earth. There are
mysteries and treasures that experts or the scientists can never unveil until
the end of the world no matter the kind of machine and brain they might use.
But those ideas are with the lord who knows every hidden. There are
supernatural treasures on earth now even as am talking that researchers has not
made an attempt to see or make use of; yet they are toiling day and night for
making discoveries. While what they are discovering are worthless to the things
they have not seen.
Do you not know that
the earth is older than you, and the lord is older than the earth and the
issues and secrets of the whole earth belong to him? The acknowledged God is an
acknowledged greatness. The more you acknowledge him the more your manifestation
in greatness. No God no life, greatness nor success.
The secret of the lord
is with them that fear him; and he will show them his covenant. (Psalm 25:14).
If you fear God he will show you his ways and secrets. He can’t hide even one
from you. He will make your way prosperous and there will be no struggle to
your success.
For
as heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and
my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9).
Who can ever imagine
the distance between heaven and earth? The lord whom you overlook knows more
than you do. The direction you thought it is the way is not the way. It either
leads you to failure or destruction. Don’t ignore him, he is so friendly and
the owner of the deep down the earth.
For the lord your God
is God of gods and the lord of lords, the
great, the mighty, and the
awesome God, who is not partial and takes no bribe. (Deuteronomy 10:17). I
believe God may not be dozing when he said “I know the thought I have for you,
the thought of good not evil to give you a prosperous end”.
Don’t forget; we are in
a competitive generation and those that runs to God at first succeed first and
in a quick and lasting way. Those that serve God trust him solidly irrespective
of their personalities and qualifications, often last long on the stage of
their success and greatness. Some trust in their chariots, and some in horses,
but we will remember the name of the lord our God. They are brought down and
fallen; but we are raised, and stand upright. (psalm20:7-8) But the brutish
ones leans on their own understanding, they do things in the way it pleases
them. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called
according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28). Let me tell you one thing, the more
you forget God the more your life will be forgotten and I am sure you can’t
live without your life because God is the life you live. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him:
God is a refuge for us. (Psalm 62:8).
Give God dominion over
the works of your hand. Let him take over and be your director then wait and
see the manifestation of your greatness. (Psalm 8:6).
It is not too strange
why God says “then shall they call upon me, and I will not answer; they shall
seek me early but they shall not find me” (Proverb 2:28). These are those who
think that God has no contribution and access to their successful life. How
many times have you prayed, how many times have you asked God before embarking
on a mission, before making a choice. See, God can’t ask you to go yet
disappoint you nor fail you. You can only fail when you did what God didn’t ask
you to do. It is better to cool down and trust him, serve him and succeed in an
easier way than wasting years wandering and struggling. It is better to trust in the lord than to put confidence in men. It is
better to trust in the lord than to put confidence in princes. (Psalm 28:8-9). In
you, you thought that your parents and friends can offer you all that you need.
It is right to believe in rich men and their wealth but he that putteth his
trust in the lord shall be made fat according to proverb 28:25. Better trust in
the lord for they that trust in the lord is like mount Zion, which cannot be
removed but abideth forever. (Psalm125:1).
Those are some reasons
why it is good to abide with the lord. Put not your trust in gods and guiles of
the evil ones whose blessings doesn’t last adding sorrows but the blessings of
God maketh rich and addeth no sorrow, condition attachment free. Behold the
truth of what I am trying to say according to the Psalmist; but our God is in
heaven, he hath done whatsoever he had pleased; their idols are silver and
gold, the work of men’s hand. They have mouth but they speak not; they have
eyes but they see not: they have ears but they hear not: noses have they but
they smell not: they have hands but handle not: foot have they but they walk
not; neither speak they through their throat; they that make them are like
them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
O Israel trust in the
lord: he is their help and their shield. O house of Aaron, trust in the lord he
is their help and their shield. Ye that fear the lord trust in the lord he is
their help and their shield. The lord is mindful of us he will bless us; he
will bless the house of Israel: he will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless
them that fear the lord, both small and great. The lord shall increase you more
and more, you and your children. (Psalm 115:3-15).
These may sound trait
and common as you read them but the truth has prevailed that there are
treasures in the room you have just left. If you can get back to that room, you
will quickly discover the secret behind it and the fat in it. Then he (God)
said you will be blessed, increase you more and more and your children. All the
keys you search are in that room go and you will know all that God says about
you. If you don’t know what God says about you and success, what then will be
the assurance you have to succeed? Life with God is the essence of living. Life
without Christ is crisis, be aware. They that trust in the lord is like mount
Zion that cannot be removed nor be shaken.
THE
COMMON FACTOR
Even from the days of
your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them.
Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the lord of host but you
said, where in shall we return? (Malachi 3:7).
Paying tithe is too
local and common in this time. Unbelievers pay tithes to their gods while
believers pay to their God it may be direct or indirect. You can pay now and
play later, or you can play now and pay later. But in either way, you are going
to pay. (John C Maxwell). It is better you pay now because the one you pay
later is always paid in tears and regret yet to the wrong place.
Can you imagine God’s
stupefaction in the scripture where he says “bring ye all the tithes into the
store house, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith,
said the lord of host, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour
you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it. (Malachi
3:10).
Wow! This God must have
been a wicked a wicked God. How dare he say we should give him one tenth of our
possession? He must have been a long throated personality. Well, you may be
right in your opinion, but it is better you accepted what he said childishly at
least for security purposes. If I may ask you, how much do you pay weekly,
monthly or yearly for the air you breathe or for the life you live?
Good news I have here
for you is that the fact that you doesn’t pay your tithe is the fact that you
are not excelling, having not attained to the level you need to be in life, so it’s
either you accept the advice of his or you pay the price. Price of constant
failure, price of constant sickness,
price of disastrous family, price of disappointment in marriage, price of
divorce, price of accidents, price of financial disappearance, price of walking
under generational curse, price of barrenness, price poverty, price of academic
collapse etc. these are some of the consequence of not being a faithful tither.
If you pay your tithe faithfully and still experience any of these symptoms,
please check some of other factors that I am going to discuss in the further
page. There might be another cockroach in your cupboard. Look, God’s intention
towards our tithe paying is not to collect his portion of the life he has given
to us, nor for him to be able to eat. It is not a debt we are paying God
because everything we own including our life belongs to God. Some times Many
come to the offering box and drop their tithes as if they were saying God take
your money or whatever and leave me alone. Tithing it is an act of obedient. It
attracts or secures blessings and favor with God. Tithing is not a dupe from
the men of God; it’s an instruction from above. If you don’t pay tithes God
don’t bless you. Even the devourer takes away the one you have. Within myself I
guest that God isn’t taking much from us. Imagine one out of ten. If you had
known the kind of things that God does for us spiritually, you would have known
the reason for your tithe. Do you know how many that has plotted against your
life, your family and children; those seeking against your down fall day and
night? But God is covering us by giving his angel charge over us. (Psalm91).
This is what God said
directly from his mouth unto them that pays their tithe faithfully “and I will
rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your
grounds; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time of the field,
saith the lord of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall
be a delightsome land saith the lord of hosts. (Malachi 3:11-12).
God
asking you to pay tithe not because he need your money but because it is his
management programme.
No wonder the scripture
said obedient to be better than sacrifice. When you obey all equation will
easily solved. But when you disobey, the equation of your life will linger
before your answer can be gotten. Some times students fail exams because of failure
in tithing. After all the school fees have been paid, they will return with
poor result. It always seems as if your heavens are closed. In fact if you are
not a constant tithe payer, heavens are truly closed against you. A student
lady gave a testimony in my church on how her lecturer said if she doesn’t pay
a some amount of money he will fail her, not that the lady don’t know what she
wrote in exams. The lady begged with one third of the amount that the lecturer
was requesting but he said no while that was the last cash she had. She waited
till Sunday and added the money to her tithe and paid. That was how she got her
excellent result and not only that, within the same week she received an
unexpected alert from her account which is more than the amount she paid tithe.
A tither is not a loser. The blessing that comes after obedient in tithing is
always better than you paying the price of disobedient. When we encounter any
challenges that could have been solved through simple obedient of tithing we will
choose to increase the problem by refusing to pay our tithes and ends in
spending the little we have in hospitals and unknown expenses. We receive our
salaries but we do not know what we used it for why because we are robbing God.
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say wherein we robbed you? In
tithe and offerings. (Malachi 3:8).
People’s money does
disappear. Rats eat people’s money. It’s all the red flags of disobedience. You
are robbing God but you ask how. Pay your tithe and set yourself free from
bondage. Look the solution is not in prayer house and miracle centers but it is
in your laps. Not paying constantly will make your blessings going up and down.
When it seems as if things are going well for you, after a month you will start
decreasing.
More over, some are
good in paying half, paying some spoiled and rotten things. Others can pay with
rejected money, may be it is teared somewhere then they bring it to God.
Although the instruction look simple and common in our minds but God values
obedient. Some offers blind goats, blind fowls, and all other types of deformed
animals to God.
“And if ye offer the
blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And if you offer the lame and sick, is it
not evil? Offer it now unto Governors; will he be pleased with thee or accept
thy person saith the lord of host. (Malachi 1:8). But cursed be the deceiver,
which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the lord
corrupt things; for I am a great king, saith the lord of hosts, and my name is
dreadful among the heathen. (Malachi 1:14).
Can you see those God
called the deceivers in the passage we have just read? Can you discover that
God has caused them already, “cursed be unto such person” Many quench their
success by themselves and in turn blame God. Cane offered deformed offering to
the lord, Abel offered a buoyant offering, whose own was acceptable. See a
man’s fortune or misfortune emanates from his acceptance to pay tithes. That
you become successful or fail depends on your responds to tithe paying.
NOTE:
A story was told of a group of armed robbers who meet a pastor on his way and took
him out of his stirring and locks him inside his car boot and went on robbing
with the pastor inside the boot. When they have finished their job, they came back
to the same point wanted to run away, but one of them said “I think we have to
pay our tithe since God has lead us” they all agreed and share the money into
ten and dropped one tenth for the pastor’s front car and left. When the pastor
could not hear the voice of any one, he slowly opened the boot and came down only
to see a huge amount of money inside a bag in his front seat.
“Even the armed robbers
pay tithes” he exclaimed. God just need your positive response then your
blessings arrive.
All the tithe of the
land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruits of the trees, is the
lord’s: It is holy unto the lord. Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of
thy seed that the field bringeth forth year by year. (Deuteronomy 14:22).
And if a man will at
all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
And concerning the
tithes of the herd, or of the flock even of whatsoever that passeth under the
rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the lord.
He shall not search
whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at
all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall noy be redeemed.
(Leviticus 27: 30-33).
But this I say, he
which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; he who soweth bountifully
shall also reap bountifully. (2Cor 9:6).
Finally brethren; let
us not call that common which God has value, let us not overlook that which God
has ordained, for the affair of our successful life and greatness is there.
There are mysteries in tithing go for it.
CARNAL
MINDED AND ADAMIC LIFE
For to be carnal minded
is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
It’s unbelievable that
sin can cause failure. Many believed that carnal mind and Adamic life (old and
sinful life) has nothing to contribute to some of the misfortune we encounter
today. The truth is that sin will successfully stop you from succeeding in
whatsoever you are doing in life.
Moreover, sin is a
reproach. Sin is a virus. It can possibly damage all the necessary storage and
applications that you had inside both Christians and non-Christians. It can
either affect you in one way or the other. We are not wiser than the supernatural
God who said that it takes righteousness to live an easier life. When God
instruct us on what to do and we don’t do them we have sinned. Disobedient is the worst sin that one
should not adapt to. Here the scripture says “whoever conceals their sins does
not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy” (Proverb
28:13).
It is better to suffer
in righteousness than to suffer because of sin. God comes to rescue the
righteous man but the sinners he overlooks. Better at confession and renouncing
than to hide your sins and remain a shameful failure.
Furthermore, some
people do ask “what kind of sins can to more harm to our successful life? here
are the answers to those kind of your question “Now the works of the flesh are
made manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variances, emulations, wrath, strife, sedition, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, reveling, and such like… (Galatians
5:19-21). All these are as the result of carnal works which we have accepted
from the carnal master (the Devil). Life would have been so much better and
easier for us if we could spot our negative attitudes of life and replace them
with positives.
One of the keys to
success is righteousness and learning to call your sins by its name and squash
them like little bugs, then you will notice a huge difference in everything you
do. Whosoever comiteth
sin transgresseth the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. (1John
3:4).
Sin the scripture says
it is the transgression of the law of what?
Law of God, law of success, law of progress, law of freedom, law of
happiness and joy; that is why you feels bad every time you commits. We do more
harm than good any time we embarks on the journey of sinful life. It takes
days, weeks, months, or years before we recover from the journey and this is
the time we could have used to think of other things that could help us. It
makes God to be far from our rescue. But
your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid
(his) face from you, that he will not hear (Isaiah59:2).
Let us get back to
those things we overlooked and thought they have no contribution or access to
our success for there is the main gate to a successful living. Go and sin no
more and then have your success at ease.
Today people accounts
their misfortune, failures or their hurts felt lives to their environmental
surroundings, sickness, and anything else in order to remove the blame from
their own sinful selves or nature. The husband who is dissatisfied blames the
critical wife, the student with bad grades blames their terrible teachers, the
depressed woman blames her childhood, irresponsible business man blames the
customers, and lazy pastors and reverends blame the church. All these blame
people give goes to every other person except the sin that entangles our
thought and ways when walk away from obedience to God. The fact is that sin
give birth too many things such as; enslavement or bondage, self-centredness,
failures, sadness and leaves people with an inability to love among other
things. The worst failure in life is when you failed because of what you caused
yourself. Do you know that is easier
to fall into the hand of man having God to deliver you, than to fall into God’s
hand for no one will deliver you? Sin becomes a habit or an addiction when we
walk carnally which starts by lying, cheating, ungodly jokes, false witnesses,
working against our bodies, and walking in direct opposition to God’ desires;
we bring on anxiety, failures, pains and broken relationships with God and man.
Anytime you are tempted to sin, be aware that blessings, success, greatness,
favor is coming your way but if you yield to it, those blessings will be
withdrawn from you. All sin is sin. All sin leads to backwardness, bondage of
failure of all kinds. And this starts spiritually because anything that is not
controlled spiritually can never happen or come to you.
Therefore, Sin is a
virus as I said initially which can possibly or easily defile all the necessary
and useful applications in our body system that do cause failures, disappointment,
sadness, uneasiness, hatred, bondage and near success syndrome. If you don’t believe this then let us go to the scripture;
Blessed is the man that
walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth on the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the
lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like tree
planted by the rivers of waters, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaves also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The
ungodly are not so: but like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore
the ungodly shall not stand on the judgement, n+or sinners in the congregation
of the righteous. For the lord knoweth the way of the righteous; but the way of
the ungodly shall perish. (Psalm1:1-6).
Reasonably, let us
think of the great Adam and Eve. (Genesis 3:1-19). Talk of Cain and Abel.
(Genesis 4:1-10).What happened to King David when he killed Uriah and slept
with his wife? (2Samuel 11). Ananias and Sapphira (Act 5:1-11). What of Er and
Onan, they also acted sinfully. (Genesis 38:1-10). The death of King Herod
Agrippa was the cause of his sin. (Act 12:20-23). Two times the ground opened
and swallowed numbers of people among the Israelites. First is in Numbers
16:31-35) while the second was Korah and his men because of their sins, all
with additional 250 of their followers whom were devoured by fire. (Numbers
26:8-10). Etc.
Every day, week, month
and year men perish. They fail just because they failed to do the right thing. He who has ears let him hear what the
spirit says to the churches. (Revelation 3:22).
VISION
Where there is no
vision the people perish. (Proverb 29:18).
It is not the man with
motive but the man with vision that prevails. Vision is one of the accesses to
our success in life. If we get vision it will help us to focus in our target.
What you do not see does not come, it is only what you see that you will pursue
or run after.
Therefore, in anything
you see in life there is a mystery with it. Vision is an essential factor
towards your success. It is more than making a plan. It is more than what you
can see with your eyes but a work in conjunction with your soul and spirit. It
is one thing to look and another thing to see. It is what you see that you can
understand. You can’t walk towards any direction that you don’t understand less
you miss you way. You misplaced your property and you have been “looking” for
it; you can now find it because you have “seen” it. Your two eyes were opened
but you due to their inability to see, you have not find them.
Vision inspires,
animates, and transforms your purpose into action. Do you that the most
pathetic people are those who look like others but have no vision for their
lives. If you are working on something good that you so much delight on, you
don’t have to be pushed, it is vision that pulls you. Vision towards your
success is not a picture of something that could have be neither will it be
inform of hallucination; it is an appeal to our better selves, a call to become
something greater than what we are presently. It is an act of seeing our
invisible success becoming real.
Whenever you left aside
of vision towards whatever you, it becomes a journey without destination. In
vision you will see beyond your failure. In vision you will see yourself a
champion and a celebrity. Vision tells you the law of all possibility. It is in
this place that you can speedily your real purpose in life. It will keep your
moral high and you will be zealous, being passionate towards your goal.
A man of vision can
never live up to his expectation because he has much to offer. But visionless
makes you a photocopy. Living without vision makes you a limited liability but
the presence of vision makes you an expanded liability. The presence of vision
makes you real.
Additionally, what you
see is what you can believe and what you believe works for you. If you vision
yourself a great personality automatically you will become. Mare dream doesn't happen to have a vision, neither is it the one that happens when you doze and snooze in day time. It is the zeal of purpose or aim which you are seriously
working towards. Vision is similar to mission which can not be stopped until it
is accomplished.
If you don’t see you
are blind. Journey of no destination in life is too bad like death. The truth
is that if you have no vision you have no destination towards you success and
greatness in life, which means that you will remain a failure. You can not have
a place of peace through out your lifetime, no dwelling place because you don’t
know where you started. Vision helps you to start strong and end courageously.
Nothing but the
unquenchable vision towards your success will suspend you from every failure.
Aimless wandering is inevitable only in the availability of vision. Much of
ignorance and confusions in this our time is due to the unavailability of
vision. Anything you have not seen is more than you and can easily overthrow
you.
And the lord opened
Balaam’s eyes and he saw the angel of the lord standing in the roadway with a
drawn sword in his hand… (Numbers22:31).
Those with the access to vision have the access to success. Of you don’t
see clearly, you will easily fall into the pit. Balaam could beat his donkey
these three times because he has not seen the vision of the angel standing on
his way.
When the men of
Israelites were sent to spy the land of Canaan, they all returned with the
result of what they have seen in the land. Some visionless ones saw themselves
as grass hoppers comparing to the men of Anak who grew very huge and tall, but
those who has vision has gave a nice
report that they are able to conquer.(Numbers 13:25 through 14:1-9). In this
our competitive generation, men who see are clearly are those who are always
aware before any incident happens, but who didn’t do fail before the arrival of
the incidents. Seeing is the problem but what have you seen, success or
failure? These ten men only saw giants of Anak and this made the Israelites to
speak against God. But when Joshua and Caleb came, their report was courageous
because there was vision in them. Come-on you are able through your visions.
Don’t let it die inside you. Innovators always see clearly before they will
embark on any mission. Experts see vision before they will let it known to people.
For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. (Act 4:20). When we hear it is possible we might
have seen. If we see, it is possible also that we might have heard, then the
mouth confesses. No vision no mission. Without vision it’s an air. A man that
works by vision is better than a man who works by planning. In absence of
vision, there will be no pans to take. In absent of vision, one embarks on a
dangerous mission of no hope return. Your victory must be as a result of your
vision. If not that, you will remain a defeated personality in the race of
life. Until you envision more than you are today, your better tomorrow will not
emerge.
Many eyes are looking
but not all can see. I mean those that can see far beyond their limitation, those
that can be sure of their far distant visualization. Those that can be proud of
what they have seen and embark on its mission can easily succeed. Careless ones
live a frustrated and stranded life because of vision absent. Vision is an ATM
card to our future. Your ATM has every access to your bank account; so is
vision. Vision is the quality that distinguishes people. It divides people into
different categories. It separates extra-ordinary from ordinary men. Without
vision you can’t change your world. Don’t accept the fake that vision less can’t
cause you failure. Never think to loose it. If you can look and see ahead of
today, then your better tomorrow is guaranteed.
You must see yourself a
king to be a king. See yourself a leader to be a leader. Jesus saw before
telling the disciples “I saw the devil falling like a thunder from heaven”. An
athlete that want to become the world best, a politician that want to become a
president, an actor that wants to conquer recognition, a scientist that want to
heal the world a student that want to be the best in his field; they all needs
to starts with vision. They will see it at first before embarking on it, not
withstanding the challenges on the way of fulfilling their vision. Most a times
people strives for something, yet sometimes they lack the structure and the
focus to help them get closer to what they really need but it is only vision
that can do this. Vision is the summary that sums up all that you would like to
be and have in personal life or career. It defines what success and greatness
should mean to your life. It reflects who you are as a person, what you believe
in and your purpose. Vision visualizes who you want to be in future, through
the means of actionable points. The way you walk towards your vision matters a
lot. It offers to you the direction to follow into your successful future.
Vision is a mission focuses on the present that reflect on the later. It tells
you your cause and courses of action, of what you should do in the now. Men with
vision are well respected men. “… the message of the man whose eyes see
clearly, the message of the one who hears the words of God, who sees a vision
from the Almighty, who bows down with eyes wide open. (Numbers 24:3-4). So, see
clearly, live clearly, aim clearly, then you will walk on your vision with assurance
and in a clearer standard.
LACK
OF CONCENTRATION
Lack of concentration
makes people miss their track in life and that leads them to running another
man’s track. Running another man’s track is another reason why most people fail
in their field. Life is a race and every human is given a track. If peradventure
you leave your own track you will loose. If you cling to yours you win. Success
in not an event but failure is. Failure happens and leaves but success comes to
stay. What am I trying to let in; another reason why people fail in life is
lack of concentration. It is possible that a man that lack concentration can
easily jump into another person’s track without being mindful of failure and it doesn't matter if by omission or commission; such person is bound to fail.
Success and greatness has too many formula, rules or principles. The road that
leads to it has no shortcut. It is the road that others passed through. We too
should as well follow; but of different direction or tracks. The destiny of
every body is not the same but of the same mindset “to be great and
successful”. But it’s being lead by one principle “concentrate on your own,
mind your own track of race, do your own and let mine”. The law of our race to
success is not too hard to maintain to due to envy and his member we lose all.
One might be a business man see a teacher doing well on his field, the business
man will jump out of his business and become a teacher; thinking that he can
get it better over there, but at the end of every thing he will be a failure
not getting even one.
There are different
careers in life. There are professional works. There are some with who their
area of concentration in the track of success is to being a lawyer, engineer,
musicians, teacher, business dealer, pastor, doctor and other unmentioned. But
if a doctor should become a teacher, the students will make mockery of him
because he doesn’t know the styles the teachers do use in teaching them in
class. This happens to other talents in life. What do you think will happen if
these talents are mixed one taking another’s? It’s failure. If a student lack
concentration when studying, he will not understand. If you lack concentration
as you are reading this book you cannot understand what I am saying also. Concentrate
in your track, work it perfectly, do it as never before and be proud of your
own track of success.
Don’t do because others
are doing you may not get it well. Don’t imitate or photocopy your friends
because it is not your track to success. Rise and start doing what God says you
should do. If a man is on his track, his success becomes stony while his
failure becomes a story. Just get back to yourself and ask God of your missing
track he will not fail to direct you. Because your men explored the land for
forty days, you must wander in the wilderness for forty years- a year for each
day; suffering the consequences of your sins (mistakes)… (Numbers14:34). This
is exactly what your life looks like is you missed your track and it leads us
to putting blames on each other, not knowing that it is the cause of our
mistakes. Imagine a year for each day wandering, suffering, sweating, crying
and dying just because we lack concentration. You have worked for years now and
you have achieved nothing. Better get back, concentrate to your God’s given
track of success and succeed.
Don’t be a victim of late discovery. You only
discover your mistake when it is too late to do anything about them leaving
their ability, talents, passion, to the grave. Possibly your children will come
being frustrated, rejected and dejected not knowing where to lay hand because
you lacked concentration and have helped by finishing another person’s track;
if care is not taken it becomes a generational tag. Poverty is too bad. I am
too big for poverty. I can’t comprehend it. I can’t have any transaction with
it. It sounds bad from its name. It’s too poor for me. It’s over pity. I can’t
set mine eyes on it direction.
A missed track is a missed
traction. You miss the whole power or strength you could have used to pull out
your success and greatness into reality. Why don’t you look for your original
track and concentrate on it? Try to do what others can appreciate not only what
you can appreciate. You are created in a perfect way, given a perfect gift and
a perfect track to follow. We came from different places with different
purposes to fulfill one thing. That is “to transform the world with your best”.
What is the best you can do to transform your world? It is not the will of God
that any you should be poor in life but because you lack concentration on the
way he has chose for you.
Running another
person’s track is too dangerous than death in the realm of greatness. Consider
your ways, your track if you are still in God’s ordained part. Better dive into
your focus, concentrate and remain real.
Good news; as long as
you are not in your track and lacking concentration, you will remain poor and
wretched. Just ask yourself who am I, what is my mission, where am I heading
to, am I still in my track?
You are on your own and
I am on my own. There is a mission and a track for every body. Please don’t
embark on my mission, I can do it. Learn to focus on your own I am already on
mine. Oh what a journey! A journey embarked by principle but I am happy because
those laws are designed to guarantee success. Try to accomplish your mission
before you die because it’s necessary. Life it too short don’t waste your time
and energy.
LOW
MENTALITY AND IGNORANCE
By wisdom a house is
built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are
filled with all precious and pleasant riches. (Proverb21:10).
Low mentality causes
ignorant and anything you don’t know is more than you. In the race of life,
every body is ignorant. Its either you know one thing and remain ignorant of
the other or you don’t know any. In the world today, the worst thing that will
happen to you is when you live being ignorance of anything. That is why every
body is lacking today looking for more finance and wealth although they have
gotten much, even the richest men in the world. People perish because of lack
of information. Lacking the knowledge of success and greatness causes failure.
You didn't fail because you want to fail; you failed because you don’t know.
Are you not aware that you are created to a ruler, you are created to dominate,
you are created an asset to change, and you are prodigiously created? But due
to lack of knowledge concerning yourself you are being denied of you right. In fact, ignorance is a disease. It makes you nefarious. Believing every lies
and errors given to you by other thereby solidifying and tap rooting you into a
fake you.
Facetiously, there are
some information, directions and order that are being fabricated but due your
ignorance you yield to every thing that comes around you. Many happenings
within and around us could have been stopped if not that we don’t have the
knowledge about them. The worst state of life is the state of not knowing what
to do. You failed because you don’t know what to do. You failed because you
don’t know how to pass. If you know what to do when a situation arise you will
be victorious. But in absent of knowing what to do, you will remain in a confused
junction of life.
On a good day I was on
my way with my head full of thoughts and confusions, and there was a man
walking in front of me making a furious phone call. Immediately the man
finished his call he exclaimed with anger “I know what to do” meanwhile myself
don’t know what to do. That statement challenged me and I went back home and
held my head down thinking of what to do, then a just simple voice dropped
inside mine mind “do it this way…” I boldly laughed because I have gotten an
answer. I was bold enough to stand on that solution which worked for me at
last. Knowing what to do will make you bold. “I know what I will so that, when
I lose my job here, people will welcome me into their houses” (luke16:4) NIV
When you can know what
God said about your personal self, your successful life, and your greatness;
nature cannot cheat you any how. Any time nature comes, you will know what to
do. Nature tries to render you to poverty. Nature makes you weak, it makes you
hopeless, it makes you low self esteemed, nature tells you that things is hard
and gives you every reason why you wouldn't be great in your life; but when you
know what to do, no man will cheat you, no witch nor wizard will stop you .you
will only laugh at them and go your way because of your ability to know even what
you are presently doing. A scripture said “my people perish because of lack of
knowledge” perishable men are men that lack knowledge. You can’t fall into a
pit you are seeing or into the fire you see clearly.
Financially, men who
have the knowledge make money through other people’s ignorance. There are many
ways to make money, but when you don’t know these ways it remains that you
don’t know it. There men who pursue the seen money and there are others who are
pursuing the unseen. Those that pursue the unseen make the money than those
that pursue the seen. But because of ignorance, that group of men doesn't know
that there is money in the cave they jumped.
You shouldn't have been
going for any deliverance or casting demons in any prayer ministry, you only
need to settle down and deliver your self from ignorance it does require much
spirituality. You need to change your thought line, make some different
research about things you don’t know so that you will know. Ignorance is the
only thing you should be afraid of not the devil. When you are not ignorant,
you will know when your enemy comes right on their way coming. But when you are
ignorant, your enemy will come and destroy you. Therefore, it’s better to be delivered
from ignorance than to be delivered from the devil itself. Most of your
problems are not demonic they are an act of ignorance. What you have the knowledge
of is what you can defend. When knowledge is available nothing can restrain you
from being successful in all your field of life. Ignorance causes one to be
grappling with a simple idea for a long time which one with knowledge resolves
without wasting time.
Being ignorant will
fail you. Remaining an ignorance man or woman makes you a constant failure. Low
mentality is too bad let us abstain from it because millions have failed
because of its availability.
PROCRASTINATION
AND LAZINESS
Take a lesson from the
ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise! Though they have no
prince, governor or ruler to make them work, they labour hard all summer,
gathering food for the winter. But you lazybones, how long will you sleep, when
will you wake up? A little extra more sleep,
a little more slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest- then
poverty will pounce on you like a bandit; scarcity will attack you like an
armed robber. (Proverb 6:6-11).
Procrastination causes
laziness and laziness causes procrastination. A lazy man is known by
procrastination. A procrastinator is known by laziness. Every thing in life
goes in pairs. Laziness and procrastination are couples. They love anyone that
accepts them but they do them a favor of having them lost at last.
I will do it later is a
dangerous excuse. Procrastination is an inner sickness of itself and no doctor
can cure it unless you become the doctor yourself. It has contributed to the
failure of too many people in this century. For this reason I said “let procrastination
go” procrastination is a lazy man apology. A man I know too well do say to his
friends “please you people should go to the farm today because I can see the
density rate of sunshine is too high. If the hotness of the sun didn't kill any
of you today, I will join you people tomorrow” this man has never made any
achievement in his life until he died leaving nothing for his children.
Stop saying tomorrow
today matters. Leave nothing to chance for there is no chance in this earth
neither is there going to be. Time and chance happens to everybody in a moment
and it hardly come back when missed. Envision your future and value it. Don’t
let your future die now because your future starts now. You are blessed with
which ever power to do what you want to do both to choice and to work. Every
opportunity comes once in life and for a purpose. The right thing comes to us
when we don’t want doing them. A procrastinated opportunity is a frustrated
opulent destiny. Grab your opportunities when they come so to reach your
success mandate. People fail in life because they always thought there will be
another opportunity. It is better you do it now waiting to do it again than not
doing at all yet didn't see another opportunity you are waiting for. An
accepted procrastination is an accepted regret. I personal have experienced
this; it is always sweet to say “later” and always hard to see the later. A life
full of procrastination is a life full of poverty. Poverty prevails in the
house a lazy man because he does procrastinate.
Don’t put it off; do it
now! Don’t rest until you do. (Proverbs 6:4) NLT.
Any time you accept the
defeat of procrastination, you have eventually accepted failure. A victim of
procrastination, always complain giving valueless reasons but his meal cannot
be postponed by any body. He likes to completely take his meal three square
daily if he don’t complete, please don’t go close to him because he will tear
you. A person of this manner often prays against his enemy not knowing that the
enemy started from him and he is the enemy suspending himself from succeeding.
Procrastination makes the easy become too hard and the hard things it makes
harder. It wastes away time and chances. It is opportunity assassin. It looks
and taste great during the stage of acceptability but at the end it will be an
error dictator.
Procrastination keeps ones vision unfulfilled
even till death. Since you have realized what this factor can do, it is good
you stop it now and not later. Stop I will do it later and imply I can do it
now. Procrastinator doesn't keep deadlines neither will they be faithful to it.
He makes poor decisions so that it can be easy for him if at all he tried to
make any. He stresses him/herself too much because of what could have been done
with time past is now urgent to him and you will realize this work will b e
roughly done. Procrastinators do not live happily. Procrastination although can
happen when the need to do the valuable one is high, but the truth is that it
leads to failure, let it be stopped now. “Work hard and become a leader; be
lazy and become a slave. Proverb 12:24”
Be willing and serious
to work, talk when needed or in choice making. Don’t be foggy.
SELF
SATISFACTION
One might doubt self
satisfaction to cause failure. But remember that anytime you get satisfied of
anything you will become tired, dull and fatigue to work towards it. In life I
found out that no matter how much access you get, no matter how successful you
are in your field, no matter how rich you become, no matter how many goals you
have achieved; if you start getting satisfied you will start falling or reducing
and that makes your success too hazardous.
Heartily, it is good we
celebrate what we have achieved but it doesn't mean you should get satisfied
through them. When you become satisfied you boast, when you boast you remove
from your best, and when you remove you reduce.
Lecturers who want to
be the best do much research but if he doesn't, he will be the worst. A student
that don’t study can’t graduate to another level because he will carry over
due to his thought that he ha learnt enough. A minister that is satisfied in
his realm of spirituality is bound to fail. A business man that settles to eat
or enjoy his savings eats up his capital. Being contended is different from
self satisfaction.
Getting a lot is not getting enough. It is
possible you might get a lot of all your getting but you can never get enough
till your death. Unsatisfied soul longs to be satisfied. He is restless. He is
in constant Blue Ocean in search of solutions. No man can ever be satisfied in
life. a satisfied man is a dead man. You can only get satisfaction in the
grave- a worry free and a research free home; mystery free home. But as long as
you are here on earth, you cannot get satisfied.
Godly, those who seeks God day and night doesn't get satisfied no matter their level of encounter with God. Native
doctors and occult world looks for higher and higher level of alters and ranks.
The moment you start
getting satisfied in your business, the moment you will start down trending.
Self satisfaction makes you dork. When you get satisfied you relax, when you've relaxed you crumble. Self satisfaction leads to pride, pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.
Better it is that you
are not satisfied and looking for an opportunity than to get satisfied and be
falling at a point. Self satisfaction causes failure even when you don’t expect
it. A real successful man doesn't sit satisfied. Rise and get add to what you
have in order to yield to increase. Fight everything and refuse the acceptance
of your present life reality. Cling to add not being satisfied in the pursuit
of your passionate success.
GREED
Cupidity has made numeric
people to become greedy in the name of success pursuit. Too much of every thing
is bad. When I made mention of not being satisfied is not a guarantee for
greed. I don’t mean you should be covetous. I don’t you should rub peter to pay
Paul in order to make your way to success. Then he said “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed, life is not measured by how
much you own. (Luke 12:15). NLT.
Greed is sinful and a
grandson to self satisfaction. It is an agent of failure to unconscious men. Do
not be anxious towards the success and greatness of another instead become a
help line to him or her, make him feel stronger. It is cryptic to understand that
greed kills, it provokes, and it insult, diminish and demolish one who is a
victim. Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. No greed is good. Greed is
greed either of possession or intellectual. All kinds of greed are greed. Life
not measured by what you have or possessed but of what you can offer. What you
can input, invest or add to people’s life. Don’t plan only to take from others
but be an asset of life investor. You can’t be satisfied but if you do, then
you are greedy. Being contented with what you have fighting to get more is the
best practice of life and it always gets you better day by day thereby keeping
greed far from you. The thought cannot come near you dwelling. Being greedy is
putting trust in what you don’t need. You only wanted but don’t need. A greedy
man is a grievous man. Don’t be craving for possessions it can possibly lead
you to greed but crave for what possession will need. It will craze you if
don’t get what you want at a time.
SELF
ENMITY
Many thinks their
failure is as the result of their spiritual and physical enemy, but it has been
proved that 75% of your destiny is in your hand. The 75% of your success and
greatness is being stopped or lingered by you. While the remaining, is caused
by the other side of life. People are conscious of putting blames on devil; their
friends, uncles, brothers, sisters and native doctors for their failure not
knowing they are the ones failing themselves. We are in an errand where mystery
is the leader, where ignorance is on the throne. That’s why many have not
discovered the cause of their failure. You are your enemy. All the fears,
negativity, and negative thought. Doubt, giving up low self esteem has their
dwelling inside you. The only and the worst enemy that can ever prevail is the
enemy inside you because God has promised that your enemy will not overcome you
but if they do, it is because you accepted their tricks. You may not be aware
until you have failed. The past failure that happened to you was you. The
present one is also you and if care is not taken, the coming one will also be
you. Stop blaming anyone else; consider your ways, the choice you took at time
past, the principle guiding you, who do you take advice from all is in your
control. You can use your mind the way it pleases you. The best in you is you
and the worst in you is you also. You are your enemy. Imagine the advice your
mentor gave to you who has passed the field you are into; you refused to work
with it, now your eyes are opened in the zero hour. Self enmity is as a result
of ignorance while other times it is as the result of I too know and the wrong
choices you made. So, be careful how you live. Don’t live like the fools, but
like those who are wise. Simple obedient is better than huge sacrifices. Many
likes to sacrifice their nights and days praying and fasting against their
enemies while they are the enemy that has refused obedient. Oh! Why have my
enemies done this to me? This is a question that needs an answer but who will
answer you rather than you.
LACK
OF PLAN
Can anyone embark on a
journey with sitting down to plan of his way about? Can anyone continue moving
not knowing where he is going? Plan is the master of every journey in life.
Where am I going, what am I going there for, how possible is my mission there?
Alright; this is what I will do, say, behave, contribute, this is how I will
put my language etc. All these are the instance of a good planner just before
embarking on a mission. The act of not planning we are like taking your heart
on a journey without your brain. Plan is the brain that carries all other
factors of life into success. Proper planning prevents poor performance. If you
don’t plan you fail. Planning is a natural process which you make it unnatural
and make it yourself. The nicest thing about not planning is that future comes
as complete surprise, rather than being proceeded by a period of worry and
depression. (Sir John Harvey Jones). The absence of proper planning can
detrimentally affect your on going project because you may not finish it.
Failing to develop a solid plan can hurt your ability to reach your goals, but
by right planning, putting the right process and activities, you can drive your
fund racing program towards success. When you don’t plan you waste more time
trying to put yourself right. If you fail to plan you fail to progress. If you
haven’t plan you haven’t started a living. Men who don’t plan have nothing to
live for. What plan do you have for your future, what do you want to do
tomorrow morning, like how many hours will it take you, where will I be by next
year, doing what?
I call planners
high-flyers. The more you plan you will fulfill them. The more you fulfill them
the more you grow more wings to fly towards your success. Planners are earners.
Planning in your early life guarantees your early successful living. Life has a
demand for you to plan. It involves many factors, principles but accurate plan
will tell you the factor that will go at first. It is your responsibility to
plan because no one can plan for your future. Many dreams lie waste because of
failure to plan. When I talk about planning I don’t mean wishes, neither is it
“I may” I am talking about solid qualified plans that have assurance that it
will be accomplish.
It is now I found out
some inconveniences and challenges I encountered before was due to my
inappropriate planning. No body is greater than his/her mind. You can only do
what you have in mind. With the mind you make plans. Plan defines your purpose
on earth. If you don’t plan you may not get your purpose in life.
The plans of a diligent
lead surely to abundance, but every one who is hasty comes only to poverty.
(Proverb 16:3).
You need a building of
your own, tell me if you will not sit down and calculate the expenditure. You
can’t just start a building without setting any plan for it. The bible saw the
important of planning and he said “for which of you daring to build a tower,
does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete
it.”
If you plan, try to
cooperate with your plans. They are the genesis of your success. But if you
don’t, it marks out the revelation of your failure. Plan is guidance. Plan is
principles. Plan is a security over your successful living. Plan is the
beginner of every decision. Plan is a counselor. Where there is no guidance the
people fall, but in abundance of counselors there is safety.
You fail because you don’t know how to pass.
Plans makes you pass. Don’t play with your plans they are important. Let the
quality of your plans overthrow the quantity of your plays. Plan what you mean
and mean what you plan. Then see yourself a successful man and woman of
greatness.
MISMANAGEMENT
My dad once gave me an
amount of money of about $5 when I was still coming up, and he asked me “what
can you use this money for?” I answered him “dad I will use this money to buy
ice cream and biscuits, I will use the remaining for my school fees” that is
mismanagement and ignorant of what a good planner is. “I suppose to invest
first before spending my dad told me”
Do you not know that
you will give account of all that God have ever blessed you with?
Many fail today because
they not a good manager. No matter the quality and quantity of gold given to
them, they can’t give a clear account of it. God can’t give you what you can’t
manage. Who you are and the person you will become later depends on how you
managed now. How do you manage your time, finance? You are entangled to be a
manager. You are naturally designed a leader. You are called to a professional
management over all the affairs of this life. What account do you hold for your
last month salary, the last gift you received from someone; what do you used
them for? If you don’t manage it seems as if your money and time grows wing. I
don’t mean you shouldn't eat or drink but with wisdom appliance with a
calculative memory.
It has been clearly
proven that the failure of any firm or business is attributed to mismanagement.
There are times that God purposely keep our blessings far from us because if he
offers it now we may not manage it well. The more you mismanage the poorer you
become. Even Jesus improved a proper management when he feed five thousand
(5,000) men. “After everyone was full, Jesus told his disciple, now gather the
leftovers, so that nothing is wasted.” So they picked up the pieces and filled
twelve baskets with scraps left by the people who have eaten from the five
barley loaves. (John 6:12-13).
What is your own
leftover which you have to gather? Have you saved to save or do you spend
all? Do you invest before spending or do
you spend before investing? Dear servant, how do manage your master’s firm? If
at all your own servant manage your firm the way you manage your master’s, can
you appreciate it? Listen; you must manage small to grow big and not growing
big to manage small. Proper management makes you prosperous. Anything you do
goes well. Therefore, those that mismanage are bound to be successful in
failure, setbacks, disappointment and regret. Manage well to end well; if you
don’t you cannot succeed.
